SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
3-7% of the people you know or talk to are ready and open to buying or selling Real Estate within the next 30-60 days.
30% of the people you know or talk to are defiantly not going to buy or sell Real Estate.
What are you doing to talk to the 60% of the people you know or talk to that could be persuaded or think they are not interested in buying or selling Real Estate?
These people are in time will be moved into the 3-7 % of your business.
The greater question should be is what are you doing to increase the number of people in your database?
You might say Open Houses, Property time, knocking on doors, walking your neighborhood or social networking.
DO YOU HAVE web presence ?????????
Websites (personal or company)
Facebook (do you have a business or fan page)
Twitter
Linkedin
In today’s world we are using the internet to solve 90% of our problems.
Today 3 out of 4 people or on the internet. Notice I did not say the computer.
Social Media Realtor members age 50-59
The one thing that does not change that much is that 86% still use a Realtor when buying or selling a home.
